Business Development Officer, VP

As a Vice President and SBA Lending Business Development Officer, I am responsible for expanding Fidelity Bank’s Small Business Administration lending program, as well as specializing in business acquisitions and commercial real estate financing.

I have over 30 years of financial experience. Prior to joining Fidelity Bank, I worked for Triad Business Bank as Director of SBA lending. I also held Business Development Officer and other SBA lending positions at Business Expansion Funding Corporation, Pinnacle Financial Partners, and HomeTrust Bank. In addition to my financial background, I am active in the community as a President of the Women’s Professional Forum. I have held board positions at Community Housing Solutions since 2020 and was recently appointed to the Boards of The Women’s Resource Center and The Carolina Theater. I also served as a board member of the Summit Rotary from 2019 to 2023 and as President from 2021 to 2022.

I graduated from North Carolina Central University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Throughout my career, I have helped numerous small to midsize businesses gain access to capital and have specialized in SBA lending. I have also facilitated over $250 million in loans, enabling businesses to start, expand, and thrive. I would love to help your business with all your lending needs!

I currently reside in Greensboro with my husband, Bo Parker, and have two daughters, as well as a two-year-old grand dog, Wally!
