FUQUAY-VARINA, North Carolina (June 14, 2022) – Fidelity Bank is pleased to announce that Tracey Hill has joined its team as Vice President and Business Solutions Officer. In his new position, Mr. Hill is responsible for analyzing the needs of business customers and providing cash management and merchant solutions to create efficiencies and simplicity in daily operations. Tracey is responsible for the Salisbury, Lexington, Thomasville, Mooresville, Shelby, Kernersville, Clemmons, Gastonia, Belmont, Denver, Greenville, and Spartanburg markets. His office is located at the Salisbury Fidelity Bank branch located at 2085 Statesville Blvd. in Salisbury, North Carolina.
Tracey has thirty-two years of financial experience. Prior to joining Fidelity Bank, he worked for First Reliance Bank as a Director of Treasury Services. He also held positions at Bank of America, BB&T, Park Sterling Bank, Bank of NC, and First Citizens Bank. In addition to his financial background, Tracey is active in the community. He is a Treasurer of National Junior College Athletic Association and has served Charlotte Athletic Foundation as a President and Annual Fund Leader and has also served as a Youth Baseball Coach.
Mr. Hill graduated from University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He also has his Certified Treasury Professional credential. Tracey currently resides in Concord with his wife, Noel Hill, and has two children.
