FUQUAY-VARINA, North Carolina (November 7, 2022) – Fidelity Bank is pleased to announce Lucia Guerra has joined its team as Director of Government Guaranteed Lending Administration. In her new position, Mrs. Guerra is responsible for providing leadership and implementation of small business banking operations, construction risk management, and process improvement to increase bank profitability. Her office is located in Wake Forest, North Carolina.
Lucia has twenty-nine years of financial experience, with sixteen years in Small Business Administration lending. Prior to joining Fidelity Bank, she worked for the Bancorp Bank for six and a half years as Director of Closing. She also held a Vice President, SBA Closing Manager position at Ridgestone Bank for four years. In addition to her financial background, Lucia is active in the community. She is a member of the Parent Teacher Student Association at Heritage High School in Wake Forest, North Carolina, and she is also an active member of North Carolina Women Leaders.

Mrs. Guerra graduated from DeVry University in Illinois with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. She currently resides in Wake Forest, North Carolina, with her husband, Marcos, they have four children and recently welcomed their first granddaughter in July 2022.
