FUQUAY-VARINA, North Carolina (December 21, 2022) – Fidelity Bank is pleased to announce its Government Guaranteed Lending leadership team: John Golsen, Director of Sales, Lucia Guerra, Director of Administration, and Patrick Bears, Manager of Credit Administration. The Government Guaranteed Lending division allows Bank customers to access lending programs through the Small Business Administration (SBA) and United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).
John Golsen is responsible for all sales activities related to Government Guaranteed Lending division across the Bank’s footprint. John has thirty-five years of financial experience, with eighteen years in Small Business Administration lending.
Lucia Guerra is responsible for providing leadership and implementation of small business banking operations, construction risk management, and process improvement to increase bank profitability. Lucia has twenty-nine years of financial experience, with sixteen years in Small Business Administration lending.
Patrick Bears is responsible for managing and directing a team of credit officers and an analyst for the Government Guaranteed Lending team. Patrick has twenty-three years of financial experience, with most of it in Small Business Administration lending.
