FUQUAY-VARINA, North Carolina (June 20, 2023) – Fidelity Bank is pleased to announce the purchase of real estate located at the northern gateway into downtown Spartanburg. The Bank selected 305 North Church Street as the future Spartanburg office location due to its high visibility and easy accessibility.
Fidelity Bank plans to demolish the former structure and build a two-story, full-service regional office. The new location will feature multiple offices, a conference room, drive-through lanes, an ATM, and a night drop. Fidelity Bank is currently operating in Spartanburg from a temporary location at 101 Lafayette Street, Suite D.
The experienced local team consists of Spartanburg natives Brian Murdoch, Market Executive; Jonathan Walker, Senior Business Development Officer; Tenita Miller, Branch Services Manager; and Jennifer Cothran, Business Loan Assistant.
