FUQUAY-VARINA, North Carolina (May 11, 2022) – Fidelity Bank is pleased to announce that Erin Schlachter has been promoted to Mortgage Sales Manager at Right By You Mortgage, a division of Fidelity Bank. In his new position, Mr. Schlachter is responsible for developing and managing relationships with referral partners and working with a team of mortgage loan officers. He will also help to recruit top talent and create efficiencies within the organization. His office is located at the Fidelity Bank Loan Production Office located at 802 Green Valley Road in Greensboro, North Carolina.
Schlachter began his career at Fidelity Bank in 2010 where he worked as a Business Development Officer. During his tenure at Fidelity Bank, he held branch management, commercial lending, and mortgage lending positions before transitioning to a Mortgage Loan Officer at the Bank’s mortgage division. He earned a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Finance, Insurance, and Real Estate from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
