Fidelity Bank is pleased to announce Doug Gay has joined its team in Cary as a Vice President and Senior Business Development Officer. In his new position, Mr. Gay is responsible for developing and managing business banking relationships within the community as well as contributing to the sales efforts of the Fidelity Bank Cary branch located at 100 West Chatham Street.
Doug has over sixteen years of financial experience. Prior to joining Fidelity Bank, he worked for Regions Bank as a Commercial Relationship Manager. He also held positions at Northwestern Mutual, First South Bank, TrustAtlantic Bank, and Capital Bank. In addition to his financial background, Doug is active in the community. He is a member of First Tee-Triangle’s Game Changers Council and The Club at 12 Oaks.
Mr. Gay graduated from NC State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Economics. He currently resides in Holly Springs with his wife, Courtney, and has one daughter.
