At Fidelity Bank, we’re committed to providing you with the best possible banking experience. We are excited to announce that we’ve invested in a new mobile and online banking system to better serve you. The updated system will be available on November 4, 2024.

What You Need to Know
We’ll do everything we can to make this transition as easy as possible. Please keep the following important information in mind as we complete our mobile and online banking system update.

Fidelity Bank Mobile and Online Banking will be unavailable from Friday, November 1 at 6 p.m. through Monday, November 4 at 9 a.m. You may continue to use our ATM network and telephone banking system to check account balances and transfer funds.

Bill Payment and Mobile Deposit will be unavailable beginning Friday, November 1 at 3 a.m.

Your user ID and password will remain the same. Our new system offers a more secure log-in experience with multi-factor authentication (MFA). A unique code will be sent to you via text message or phone call. You will also be asked to review and accept terms and conditions.

Your credit and debit cards will remain active during our system update, and you may continue to use them without any interruption in service.

You will need to re-establish your transaction and account level alert preferences.

If you use an account aggregation tool such as QuickBooks®, Quicken®, or another third-party tool that uses your online banking data, please download your transactions by the end of day on November 1. You can reestablish your connection on or after Tuesday, November 12.
