Important Information for Personal Online Banking Users
  • External Transfers and Zelle® will be unavailable beginning November 1 at 3 a.m.

  • External transfer information, including linked accounts and recurring transactions may need to be reestablished.

  • Only credit and debit cards where you are the primary cardholder will be migrated over to our new system. If you added a card where you are not the primary cardholder or set up card alerts outside of the Fidelity Bank mobile app (i.e. from a computer or direct browser link), you will need to set these up again.

  • SMS/Text banking is no longer supported. For convenient access to your accounts, we recommend downloading the Fidelity Bank Mobile Banking app. Simply search for Fidelity Bank NC/VA Mobile in your app store.
