Step 1: Download your transactions by 6 p.m. on Friday, November 1.
Step 2: Follow the instructions linked below to reestablish your connection on or after Tuesday, November 12. Transactions can be manually downloaded from online banking until you are able to reestablish your connection. QuickBooks and Quicken WebConnect users, search for Fidelity Bank when reestablishing your connection. QuickBooks DirectConnect users, search for Fidelity Bank DC to reconnect.
