Fidelity Bank is pleased to announce Erica Parker has joined its team in Greensboro, North Carolina, as Vice President and Government Guaranteed Lending Business Development Officer. In her new position, Mrs. Parker is responsible for developing and managing business banking relationships within the community as well as contributing to the sales efforts of Fidelity Bank. Her primary focus will be on expanding Fidelity Bank’s Small Business Administration lending program, as well as specializing in business acquisitions and commercial real estate financing.
Erica has over 30 years of financial experience. Prior to joining Fidelity Bank, she worked for Triad Business Bank as Director of SBA lending. She also held Business Development Officer and other SBA lending positions at Business Expansion Funding Corporation, Pinnacle Financial Partners, and HomeTrust Bank. In addition to her extensive financial background, Erica is active in the community as President of the Women’s Professional Forum. She has held board positions at Community Housing Solutions since 2020 and was recently appointed to the Boards of The Women’s Resource Center and The Carolina Theater. She also served as a board member of the Summit Rotary from 2019 to 2023 and as President from 2021 to 2022.
Mrs. Parker graduated from North Carolina Central University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She currently resides in Greensboro with her husband, Bo Parker, and has two children.
