FUQUAY-VARINA, North Carolina (April 14, 2017) – Fidelity Bank is pleased to announce Heather Bowers Cross has joined its team in Greensboro, as Senior Vice President and Market Executive. In her new position, Mrs. Cross will be responsible for developing and managing commercial banking relationships, as well as overseeing the sales efforts of the Greensboro branches. Her office will be located at the Fidelity Bank Loan Production Office located at 324 West Wendover Drive, Suite 150 in Greensboro.
Heather has 16 years of banking experience in the local market. Prior to joining Fidelity Bank, she worked for Carolina Bank as a Market Executive. She also held management positions for Bank of America and RBC Centura Bank. In addition to her financial background, Cross is very active in the community. She currently serves as a Board Member for American Heroes for North Carolina, High Point Chamber of Commerce, High Point YMCA, Business High Point, High Point University Panther Club, Homes4NC, and String & Splinter Club. She is also an active member of the Crescent Rotary Club.
Cross received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and minor in Computer Information Systems from High Point University. She currently resides in High Point with her husband Edgar, and her daughter Ava.
