E.Statements
"Go green" with our electronic e.statements!
Our e.statements provide you with quick and convenient access to the statements on your
account(s). You may view, print and electronically save your statements, and cut down on unnecessary paper - a direct benefit to our environment. If you choose electronic statements and disclosures, we will e-mail you each time a statement is available, so you don't have to worry about overlooking them. And you can choose e.statements for some or all of your Online Banking checking and savings accounts. Your e.statements will be posted on our secure website, available through Online Banking, and protected the same as all online transactions.
E.Statements are exact replicas of monthly account statements in a PDF image format. By choosing e.statement notification rather than paper, you'll receive quicker access to statement information. Stopping the paper can also reduce the threat of identity theft.
You can set up e.statements for any or all checking, savings and line of credit accounts. When a statement becomes available for a particular account, you'll get an e-mail notice from Fidelity Bank at the address you've identified for that account.
E.statements can ve viewed for up to 16 months of accumulated banking with Fidelity Bank. Online transaction details (including check images) are available to view for up to 90 days.

• Print check images directly from your PC to reduce administrative costs.
• Import check information from a CD into Microsoft Word or Excel for reporting purposes.
• Reduce reconciliation time.
• Reduce the storage space needed for canceled checks – one CD holds approximately 20,000 images.
Deposit Reconciliation
If your company has more than one location collecting and depositing funds, tracking those deposits by individual location is extremely important to maintain financial control. Fidelity Bank’s Deposit Reconciliation Program (DRP) helps you centralize your cash and offers a cost effective way to maintain a separate account for each of your locations.
With DRP, all of your locations can make their deposits at any Fidelity Bank branch into a single checking account. A unique serial number is assigned to each location and is placed on their deposit slips. This unique number allows us to identify and report deposited activity to you by location. The more locations you have, the greater your potential savings in time and expense.
Features and Benefits
• Reduces bank fees and in-house expense by eliminating multiple deposit accounts and funds transfers.
• Provides detailed and summary deposit reports by location that can be produced daily, weekly, or monthly.
• Identifies returned deposited items and deposit corrections by location to speed reconciliation. Concentrated deposits in a single checking account to cover disbursement needs and take advantage of investment opportunities.
• Provides Internet access to deposit activity information through Fidelity Bank’s Business Online Banking (BOB).
Account Reconciliation
Reconciliation of your checking account is an absolute necessity. Yet it can be both costly and time consuming with no apparent bottom-line benefit. Our Account Reconciliation Plan (ARP) is designed to quickly and automatically reconcile all checks paid against your Fidelity Bank account. We will also sort your canceled checks by check number and return them to you or provide front and back images on a CD through our CD-ROM Check Imaging service. Either way, ARP helps you save time and expense in reconciling your checking account. We offer two ARP options:
1. Full ARP––
• You provide Fidelity bank with information on checks issued during the reconcilement period. We compare your issue date with individual checks paid and provide:
• A consolidated report of individual checks paid during the period and those that are still outstanding, with totals of both categories.
• Separate reports for paid and outstanding checks if requested.
• Notation of any checks you report as voided or canceled during the period.
• The status of any check with stop payments in effect.
• Automatic reconciliation of account.
2. Partial ARP––
• No information on checks you issue during the reconciliation period is required. We will provide:
• A report listing the check number, amount and date paid for all checks paid during the period.
• The total number and dollar amount for checks paid during the period.
• Notation of any checks you reported as voided or canceled during the period.
• The status of any checks with stop payments in effect.
